An all new season of Zee TV’s hit show, Jamai Raja is all set to begin today (August 11). We had earlier reported about the characters in the new season.Ravi Dubey, who charmed us as Siddharth Khurana in the previous seasons, will be seen in a new avatar. He will be seen as a ‘tapori’ this time. Post Sid and Roshni’s accident, their son Karanvir will be raised by Gangu Tai as her own son.
Her son, Satya will be dead in the same accident. So, she will decide to raise Karan, as her son, by hiding his identity and gives him the same name as her dead son (Satya).We had also reported that a lot of fresh faces will be entering the show. One of them is, Shiny Doshi, who was a part of shows like Saraswathichandra and the most recent, Bahu Hamari Rajni_Kant.
She will be the new leading lady opposite Ravi Dubey. Here, we bring you more details about her character. Apparently, her character’s name is Mahi.Mahi, will be a simple and innocent girl who hails from a rich family. Apart from her, a lot of fresh faces have entered the show. One of them, is Orvana Ghai, who will play the role of Payal’s daughter.
Payal will be the antagonist in this season as well. Apart from her, actor Kushabh Manghani, who has been a part of shows like Sadda Haq and Meri Saasu Maa, will be playing the antagonist as well.He will play the role of Deepu, a tapori and will be the arch rival of the protagonist, Satya. Both of them will be constantly at loggerheads.
‘Uttaran’ actress Praneeta Sahu, now known as Pranitaa Pandit, is making a comeback with Jamai Raja. She will be playing the role of Kajal, the protagonist Satya’s sister in the show.With a fresh story and a lot of new faces, it looks like the show has a lot to offer, doesn’t it?
