Diya Aur Baati Hum, one of Star Plus’ longest running shows, has completed five years and the news definitely gives viewers and the cast of the show a reason to rejoice.
Unable to contain her excitement about the same, show’s lead actress Deepika Singh posted a heartfelt message for her fans on Instagram. Celebrating the occasion, Deepika posed pretty along with a chocolate cake that had ‘Congratulations’ written on it.
Sharing picture of the same, Deepika wrote: “5 years down and still rocking!! Today #DABH completes 5years and Iv Cherished each and every moment.. It’s been a beautiful journey indeed since I had fans like you all to give me so much love and appreciation!! Love you all”
Diya Aur Baati Hum, which went on air in 2011, is about Sandhya, an IPS officer, who struggles to strike a balance between her professional and family life. The show features Anas Rashid as the male lead.
