Colors TV is set to bring yet another interesting show titled ‘Thoda Sa Badal Thoda Sa Pani’. The story of the show revolves around a simple girl from Kolkatta taking up the responsibility of her entire family after a tragedy hits her family. Ishita Dutta, Harshad Arora and Mishkat Verma form the primary cast of the show.
India Forums got in touch with actor Harshad Arora and asked him about his character in the new show. Harshad said, “Well, to be honest, I’ve never tried something like this before. I’m often perceived having a good boy or a good husband image and I’m all set to change that with this show as I’ll be seen in an unconventional and grey character. I’m hoping for a positive feedback from the viewers”.
Talking about co-actress Ishita, Harshad added, “I think Ishita fits the character to the T. It’s a great casting. The cherry on the cake is that she’s herself a Bengali, so I feel it will work in her favor. She is quite jovial and keeps the energy on the sets high on positivity”.
With pandemic affecting many actors, we asked Harshad his views on zeroing upon one character or show. He said, “Frankly, because of the pandemic, actors are not really left with a lot of options. This isn’t the right time to be picky and choosy. There have been so many actors facing financial crunch and sitting at their home without work. I’m fortunate enough to have got a character which I wanted to do. Having said that, I feel the times are improving and we’re slowly and steadily moving towards a better direction and I’m sure in future people will be getting a lot of options of work to choose one among them”.
