Star Plus show ‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin’ is getting quite intense with each passing episode. The current track has left the fans quite disappointed as it focusses on one of the key characters of the show Samrat marking his exit. Samrat will be killed by Jagtap while he tries to rescue Sai from Jagtap’s clutches.
Samrat’s death leaves the family devastated while Pakhi will be all set to separate Virat and Sai. While the entire Chavan family will be shattered on-screen, the cast of the show off-screen is also going through a tough time as they had to bid adieu to actor Yogendra Vikram Singh who played Samrat in the show. In a short span of time, Yogendra developed warm bonds with the entire cast of the show.
A lot of cast members like Neil Bhatt, Ayesha Singh, Aishwarya Sharma, Tanvi Thakkar among others expressed their thoughts on Yogendra’s exit and now, India Forums exclusively chatted with actor Vihan Verma who plays the role of Mohit Chavan in the show and asked him about his thoughts on Samrat and Yogendra’s exit from the show.
Yogi and I share the same makeup room. So obviously there’s a bond. I’ll miss him around especially when he played his cheesy music. We’ll all miss him. The atmosphere on the sets for a few days was quite dull as everyone was coming to terms with his sudden exit.

When asked if he expected this twist, he said, “Well, I wasn’t aware at all that Samrat dies in the later episodes. Obviously I was shocked when I knew that it was happening now. Having said that the show has to move on”.
Talking about his bond with Yogendra, Vihan said, “Yogi and I shared the same makeup room. So obviously there’s a bond. I’ll miss him around especially when he played his cheesy music. We’ll all miss him. The atmosphere on the sets for a few days was quite dull as everyone was coming to terms with his sudden exit”.
To conclude, Vihan added, “I wish him all the luck and love and I’m sure he’ll do something really good after this show”.
