Sony SAB show ‘Alibaba: Daastan-E-Kabul’ is currently in the news for the ongoing controversy. Lead actress of the show Tunisha Sharma who played the character Mariam committed suicide on the sets while the lead actor Sheezan Khan has been detained by the police in connection to the suicide.
After telecasting a few episodes without the leads, the makers released a promo with new male lead in the show while it has been reported that Tunisha Sharma’s character will not be replaced by anyone. Instead, the story will move forward with other actors.
Now, as per our sources, actress Twinkle Vasisht has been roped in to play a prominent character in the show. Twinkle was last seen in Zee TV show ‘Kundali Bhagya’. As per sources, the actress will play a negative character in the show.
